Job Description:
- Responsible for Strategic account management, demand creation, sales planning operations planning, pipeline management.
- Market penetration for identifying the new clients and lead generation on a constant basis.
- Developing business by acquiring new clients.
- Managing the clients acquired and ensure there is a growth in revenue.
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Connect with the L&D teams of various organizations and generate revenue through the training, platform, and other solutions.
- Generate leads via Calls, LinkedIn, Internet Research, Events & Conferences.
- Identifying key sectors/industries for strategic long-term partnerships.
- Managing entire Sales Cycle from Qualifying Prospects, Proposal Submissions, and Negotiations till final deal closure.
- Coordination with delivery and operations teams to ensure the client’s requirements are addressed.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering training programs for employees, communicating training schedules and requirements to creating and maintaining training records.

Working Days & Timing: Mon to Sat – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience from Corporate/Enterprise Learning / Training Industry.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in training and development or a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Training Programs: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, including workshops, webinars, and internships/fresher training programs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of trainers and support staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the scheduling and booking of resources, including trainers, venues, and materials.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs through regular monitoring, feedback collection and other deliverables like assessment reports including trainer closure reports.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for training programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Key account manages, and other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
